Whilst I had no particular ambition to be a Social Photographer, I appreciated the discipline involved.
Wether you had a hundred guests or a thousand the routine was the same. Organisation was key and speed of the essence.
I still keep my hand in doing an occasional wedding for friends and family and my method is still the same.
A blend of formal groups and editorial/reportage.
Either way a record of the day is essential.
