SHANGHAI is nicknamed the ‘Dragon’s Head’ as it is driving forward China’s economic development and has been transformed at bewildering speed into a 21st century metropolis.

This ‘souvenir’ book - published in association with Liverpool City Council - celebrates the ten years of Liverpool’s sister city status with Shanghai.
